To ensure prompt delivery please furnish the following information:

1. Part number, finish and quantities
2. Single or back to back mounting
   1. For back to back mounting on glass, please denote the letter "G" at the beginning of the part number.
   2. For back to back mounting on wood & metal, denote the letter "S" at the beginning of the part number.
   3. For concealed mounting on wood or metal door, denote the letter "C" at the end of the part number.
   4. For single mounting on glass, please denote the letter "G" at the end of the part number.
3. Door type:
   1. Glass door specify thickness of glass and diameter of holes in glass
   2. Metal and wood doors specify thickness of door and type of mounting
4. Brass and bronze finishes please specify lacquer or no lacquer
5. Hand of door
6. Diameter of material required
7. Center line dimensions of push and or pull bar
8. Access Architectural Hardware highly recommends that a center mounting post be added to bars 60" on center or greater.
